ancel your subscription, simply make sure to do so by 12 PM EST the day before your order is processed. We'll also send you a reminder email SEVEN days before your order processes. To cancel your subscription, log into your account on our website, navigate to 'My Subscriptions', and select the subscription you wish to cancel. You'll find the option to 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the page. You must continue to select the 'cancel subscription' option until the subscription is fully canceled by seeing the message 'SORRY TO SEE YOU GO' on your screen to ensure the cancellation is processed successfully.
