We appreciate you and are happy to be on this journey with you.
Once an order is made, it is electronically sent to an offsite fulfillment center where it is picked, packed, and released for shipping. Orders placed outside of our regular business hours are processed automatically, which unfortunately means we are unable to cancel them before they ship. We understand this can be frustrating, and we truly wish we could catch every request in time.
If we're able to catch your order before it ships, typically within about 30 minutes of placing the order and during our regular business hours, we’ll do everything we can to stop it in time. We truly appreciate your understanding, and our team is always here to help with any changes or questions you may have!

Keep in mind the return label cost and the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your return total.
*(return label costs are only an estimate and maybe higher or lower than quoted once the shipping company accepts your package).
- The Product being refunded was delivered to the Customer within 90 days of the request.
- The Product has not been refunded in another Order in the Customer’s name and/or account.
- Any subsequent Orders or subscription Orders of the Product may be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment and subject to ASN’s discretion if the request is made within 90 days of delivery.
