How can I modify or cancel an order?Updated 8 days ago

We appreciate you and are happy to be on this journey with you.  

We understand that sometimes plans change! Unfortunately once an order is placed it can not be updated/canceled due to our swift processing and fulfillment of orders. Once an order is made, it is electronically sent to an offsite fulfillment center where it is picked, packed, and released for shipping.


Once an order is made, it is electronically sent to an offsite fulfillment center where it is picked, packed, and released for shipping.  Orders placed outside of our regular business hours are processed automatically, which unfortunately means we are unable to cancel them before they ship. We understand this can be frustrating, and we truly wish we could catch every request in time.

If we're able to catch your order before it ships, typically within about 30 minutes of placing the order and during our regular business hours, we’ll do everything we can to stop it in time.  We truly appreciate your understanding, and our team is always here to help with any changes or questions you may have!

If you decide you no longer want the order you placed, you may return unopened items to us and, once we receive them, we can process your credits.

You must provide us with your return tracking number (USPS or UPS) after sending your return. This is required so we have proof of shipment in the event your package is delayed, lost, or does not arrive at our facility. Returns cannot be processed without a valid tracking number on file.

If you'd like a prepaid return label, simply email our support team at [email protected] and we'll get a prepaid label emailed to you. 

Keep in mind the return label cost and the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your return total.  

*(return label costs are only an estimate and maybe higher or lower than quoted once the shipping company accepts your package). 

Please note:
If you are not satisfied with a Product, only the first one-time Order of each Product is eligible for a refund which will be processed to the same payment method as the initial purchase in the case that:
  • The Product being refunded was delivered to the Customer within 90 days of the request.
  • The Product has not been refunded in another Order in the Customer’s name and/or account.
  • Any subsequent Orders or subscription Orders of the Product may be eligible for a refund to the original form of payment and subject to ASN’s discretion if the request is made within 90 days of delivery. 

A friendly reminder: all returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
