We appreciate every member of our community, and we love rewarding you for being part of it. Here’s how to earn and redeem your points.

Ways to earn points

• Create an account: 25 points
• Make a purchase: 1 point for every dollar spent
• Birthday points: 100 points
• Share a written review: 100 points
• Share a photo review: 100 points
• Follow us on Instagram: 10 points
• Like us on Facebook: 10 points
• Follow us on YouTube: 10 points
• Share a video review: one free product, once your video is reviewed and approved - see Video Review Guidelines below

Written, Photo, and Video Review Guidelines for Rewards:

We rely on customer video testimonials to help other parents and caregivers in our community.  Many submissions are hands-only, no face, no story, which aren’t helpful to other parents and caregivers when it comes to making a confident decision. So we’re aligning rewards to the type of video that’s actually valuable to other families: face-on-camera + real narrative.

To earn points, your review needs to be personal and authentic!

• Photo review guidelines:  We’d love to see you (or a family member) with the product! Include a photo along with a short written description of your experience.  What things were like before, what you tried, what changed, and how things are now.
• Video review guidelines:  Video reviews are our favorite way to hear from you, because they help other families in our community get a real sense of what to expect. To qualify for a free product reward, your video should include:
  • You or a caregiver on camera - face visible, talking directly about your experience
  • A short story -  covering what things were like before, what you tried, what changed, and how things are now

Once you submit your video, our team will review it and follow up to let you know it’s approved and how to redeem your rewards for a free bottle.  

A few things that won’t qualify for the video reward:

• Hands-only or product-only footage with no one on camera
• No personal story (too vague to help another family make a decision)
• Any video that includes or mentions an affiliate or referral code

If you’d rather not appear on camera, no problem, you can still share a written review and earn the standard point reward above.

A couple of good-to-knows

• Loyalty rewards don’t expire.
• Points from purchases appear in your account once your order has shipped and we’ve received tracking confirmation from our fulfillment center.
• We review all video submissions before rewards are issued, and we’ll always follow up to let you know the status.
