Ways to earn points:

Create an account:  25 points

Make a purchase:  1 point for every dollar spent

Birthday points:  100 points

Add a written review:  100 points

Add a photo review:  100 points 

Add a video review:  900 points

Follow us on Instagram:  10 points

Like us on Facebook:  10 points

Follow us on Youtube:  10 points

Redeem your points for rewards:

100 points = $5.00

200 points = $10.00

500 points = $25.00

1000 points = $50.00

2000 points = $100.00

*Subscriptions and Rewards:

Make sure to select the "SUBSCRIPTION $$ OFF" option when redeeming points as it's specifically designed for subscription accounts and is the only way to apply your points to subscription orders.

Written, Photo, and Video Review Guidelines for Rewards:

We rely on customer video testimonials to help other parents in our community.  Many submissions are hands-only, no face, no story, which aren’t helpful to other parents and caregivers when it comes to making a confident decision. So we’re aligning rewards to the type of video that’s actually valuable to other families: face-on-camera + real narrative.

• To earn points, your review needs to be personal and authentic!

• Photo reviews should include a picture of you (or your family member) and the supplement along with a written description of your experience.

• Video reviews should show you on camera talking about how our supplements have made a difference for your family.

Video reward requirements

A video qualifies for the video reward only if it includes:

• Parent or caregiver face on camera

• Story structure: Before → what you tried → change → now (timeframe, what improved, what was challenging before, etc.)

NOT eligible for video reward:

• No face shown (hands-only / product-only)
• No narrative (too vague to help another parent)

Once the video review is submitted and reviewed by our team, they will reach out to you and let you know if the video was approved and what the next steps would be.
