What happens if my parcel is marked DELIVERED but I did not receive it?Updated 15 minutes ago

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Aspire Nutrition is no longer responsible for its receipt. Delivery confirmation from the carrier including GPS-verified scans serves as proof that the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Reporting Window: Any claim for a package marked as delivered but not received must be submitted to our team within 10 business days of the marked delivery date. Claims submitted outside of this window will not be eligible for a replacement or refund, as we are unable to investigate or dispute the shipment with the carrier after this time.

Customer Responsibilities: Before contacting us, we ask that you:

  • Double-check all entry points to your home (front door, back door, mailbox, garage, with a neighbor, etc.)

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order was entered correctly at checkout

  • Check with other members of your household

  • Look for a carrier notice indicating the package was held or redirected

  • Check with your neighbors as delivery mix-ups happen more often than you'd think! We've had many customers find their packages by posting on neighborhood apps like Nextdoor, Facebook, and Ring asking if anyone received the parcel by mistake.  

Address Accuracy: Aspire Nutrition ships to the address provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer-entered error. Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

Carrier Disputes: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we strongly encourage you to file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), as they are best equipped to investigate the delivery. A carrier claim can sometimes result in a recovery or carrier-issued reimbursement.

Porch Theft: Aspire Nutrition is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed. If porch theft is a concern in your area, we recommend requiring a signature at delivery, using a secure delivery location, or considering a package lockbox.

Discretionary Exceptions: While we are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for packages confirmed as delivered, our team reviews each situation individually and with care. We are a small, family-owned company and take every customer concern seriously, but we reserve the right to make final decisions on a case-by-case basis.
