We recommend checking with your healthcare provider if you have any questions on whether or not you (or your loved one) should take Glutathione.
We are unable to make a definitive recommendation regarding the use of glutathione for you or your loved one. This is something that should be discussed with your healthcare provider. Since there is no age or weight limit that is recommended for the use of glutathione, your doctor should be able to advise you on whether it is appropriate for you or your child and what the appropriate serving size should be.
A typical serving size is 4 milliliters or just less than 1 teaspoon, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
It is recommended to take Glutathione in the evening, on an empty stomach, preferably before dinner.
Our Glutathione is a liquid taken orally. Glutathione has a strong tart citrus taste. It can be taken directly into the mouth on a spoon or given with a liquid syringe. It can also be added to a beverage such as orange juice or a fruit smoothie.
Glutathione is natural supplement it can be taken for as long as you feel it is benefiting your health.
