Aspire Nutrition’s Return Policy applies to your purchase of any products from Aspire Nutrition through the company’s Website (collectively, the “Product”). If you ordered an incorrect Product or need to return an unopened Product, you must first contact Aspire Nutrition to request a Return.
Our support team is available Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern time. Please note that this will be a dialogue. An initial request with no further communication does not guarantee a return or redistribution of funds. Customer Success is reachable via Email, Website Chat, and phone (407-988-2275).
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request – Order #N123456". Please include as much detail as possible, such as whether the shipping box has been opened, whether any product has been opened and if so how many bottles, and the reason for your return. Providing this information upfront allows us to process your case as quickly as possible.

Please note the following conditions:
- Return, refund, and exchange requests must be initiated within 90 days of delivery. Requests submitted after the 90-day window cannot be processed.
- Products must be returned and received by Aspire Nutrition in original condition (unopened). We will not accept Products damaged in return transit, so please be sure to package the Product well and consider insuring the Package. You must provide return shipping tracking information to Aspire Nutrition.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of an Accepted Return Request.
- Return Packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted. Aspire Nutrition is not responsible for paying for return labels.
- All returned orders (complete or partial) that are returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- In the case that a Subscribe & Save member wishes to return the Product in their subscription Order, they acknowledge that Aspire Nutrition will withhold a 20% fee from their money-back for the Product.
- Any order that is requested to be canceled after the order has been placed is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If these conditions are not met, we cannot guarantee a refund or store credit for your return.
*Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days hours after we receive the items at our facility.
90-Day "Notice A Difference" Money Back Guarantee (First-Time Orders)
We want you to feel confident trying Aspire Nutrition products so we stand behind every first-time purchase, risk-free for 90 days. Notice a difference in 90 days or your money back.
The 90-day period starts the day your package is marked delivered by the carrier.
What qualifies under our 90-Day Guarantee?
- Your entire first order of any Aspire Nutrition product.
- Up to one (1) opened bottle per product (so you can give it a fair try) no return required.
- Any additional unopened bottles from that same first order, refunded after you send them back to us in resalable condition.*
*Unopened items must be post-marked within 14 days of requesting your refund. Customers is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns for Subsequent Orders (Orders After Your First)
Once you’ve placed your first order, any future purchases are considered “subsequent orders.” Our goal is still to make returns straightforward, but different rules apply:
Unopened Product Returned Within 30 Days Of Delivery
- Eligible for refund to original payment method
- Customer obtains Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- A 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.
Opened Product
- Not eligible for refund
- Our Satisfaction Guarantee covers only one opened bottle per product on your very first order.
Items Returned After 30 Days
- Not eligible for refund
- Packages received without a valid, timely RMA number will be refused or returned at the customer’s expense.
Some exclusions apply.
Non-refundable items include:
- Shipping costs
- Tariffs, customs, or taxes imposed during or after shipping
- Gift cards or gift certificate voucher
- Free gifts
- Promotional or clearance items
- Discontinued or short sale items
- Products that have been replaced, courtesy of ASN
- If Products are originally purchased with a Gift Certificate Voucher, a Gift Certificate Voucher will be given as payment for return.
- In the event your order is “returned to sender” due to an incorrect address entered at check out or a subscription address not being updated prior to the subscription processing, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the shipping costs to have the order resent. Please review and make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- *The customer is responsible for return postage. We do offer return shipping labels to make the return process as easy as possible. Just keep in mind that return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a flat fee of $8.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the label cost. Please note that this fee is in addition to any applicable restocking fees. US customers only.
- In the event that you have found your Product to be defective upon delivery, you have the right for a replacement or a redistribution of funds to the same payment method as the initial purchase. You must email our Customer Success team at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery.
