Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

Please review your order before submitting for purchase as orders are processed immediately and cannot be changed after payment has been made.

Any order that is requested to be canceled after the order has been placed is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The ability to cancel an order after it has been placed is not guaranteed due to our swift fulfillment process.  Upon request, in the event that we are able to retrieve the order from the shipping channel it would be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipments may be delayed if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or other circumstances beyond our control (i.e., weather-related). 

Domestic Shipments

Please allow additional days in transit and delivery during peak shipping times. 

Domestic shipping is $8.99 for any order less than $70.00 USD.  Domestic orders $70.00 USD or greater receive free shipping.  The estimated transit time is 5-7+ business days (7-10+ business days during peak shipping times).

International Shipments

International shipping starts at $19.99.  We currently do not offer complimentary international shipping.

The estimated transit time for orders shipping Internationally is approximately 14 - 21+ business days (21-30+ business days during peak shipping times).

Please be advised that international orders may encounter customs delays/holds of up to 14 business days at the discretion of the entering country's regulations.  All customs, duties, and taxes related to international orders are the customer's sole responsibility and these terms are agreed to during checkout.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Aspire Nutrition does ship P.O Boxes.

We also ship to our Military, diplomates and civilians with  APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 🇺‍🇲 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation notification when the order is enroute.  The tracking number typically becomes active on the carrier's website within three business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Aspire Nutrition is not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Liability for Shipping and Delivery

The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address for their order.  If the customer provides an incorrect mailing address, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and the subsequent re-shipment to the corrected address.

Aspire Nutrition is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. 

Any packages received back to us as a "Return to Sender" without an initial conversation between the customer and Aspire Nutrition via email or telephone may be eligible for an Aspire Nutrition Gift Card for the product cost minus a 20% restocking fee. 

Damages

Please get in touch with Aspire Nutrition if you receive damaged goods.  We suggest taking pictures of the damages and saving all packaging materials and damaged goods.
