Mixing and Serving tips: Beyond OmegaUpdated 8 days ago

We have heard from a few families that their kids will not take Beyond Omega off the spoon.  That is ok, not everyone likes the taste of a dreamsicle creamsicle.  We have gathered some tried and true ways other families have been able to successfully serve to their kids.  

🥤 Blended into a Smoothie:  This is a family favorite! Smoothies are great for masking both the taste and texture. Citrus, berries, and banana all pair beautifully.

🍦 Stirred into Yogurt:  Yogurt is one of the best options. The creamy texture helps the oil blend right in, and most kids don't even notice it's there!

🍊 Mixed into Juice:  Citrus juices like orange or lemonade work especially well, but apple, grape, and cranberry are great options too.

🍎 Added to Applesauce or Oatmeal:  Soft foods work wonderfully, just be sure to mix it into an amount your child will finish in one sitting so they get their full dose!

🧊 Frozen into Popsicles:  Mix it into juice or a smoothie, pour into popsicle molds, and freeze! A fun little treat that delivers all the good stuff.

✨ Pro Tip: Always serve cold, chilling helps keep the flavor mild and makes it much more pleasant for sensitive eaters.

Don't forget to refrigerate after opening!
